GRILLZ INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure your grill fits perfectly, follow these simple steps. Start by finding the right fit. Hold the grill against your teeth and check which tooth it fits best. An upper lateral incisor often works well.

Next, prepare the grill by activating the binding material. Use tweezers to hold the grill upright (with the opening facing up to prevent the binding material from spilling). Submerge the grill in hot water, around 60–90 °C, and wait until the binding material becomes transparent.

Once the binding material is ready, place the grill on your hand for secure handling. Press the grill onto the desired tooth and hold it in place for 20–30 seconds until it cools. If excess silicone comes out, don’t worry—this is a good sign! Simply trim off the excess if needed.

We recommend wearing a single grill at a time for the most comfortable and natural mouthfeel. However, it is possible to wear more than one grill if desired, and you can switch them around to your liking.

If the grill doesn’t fit perfectly, you can fine-tune it. The grill is adjustable and can be gently squeezed to make it tighter. Repeat the steps as necessary until the grill fits comfortably and securely.

After the initial fitting process, you won’t need to adjust the grill again. You can easily remove and wear it anytime. With proper care, your grill can last up to 2 years or longer.

Make sure to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. If you encounter any issues, simply repeat the process until the fit is perfect.
